The Service Parts Manager training is designed to enable participants to develop and implement a service parts strategy and to manage the service parts supply chain organisation. The course provides participants the opportunity to understand the differences between a manufacturing supply chain and a service parts supply chain and the implications for designing, implementing, and managing the service parts supply chain organisation.
