Rogerio Normand

  Rogerio Normand

Rogério Normand is a specialist in the Strategic Advisory and M&A arena at Noventum Service Management Consultants. His extensive 20 year experience in this area, has allowed him to advise various companies around the world in Latin America, USA , Europe and China.


Most of the time working directly with the shareholders, his assignments and expertise extended to several industry sectors like Biotech, Building, Education, Renewable Energy, Food, IT/Industrial Automation, Healthcare, Mining and Stainless Steel.


Prior to joining Noventum Service Management Consultants, Rogério Normand was a Partner at Araújo Fontes – , where he was in charge of Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, and Offshore Entities and was also a Senior Manager at Lloyds TSB for several years.


Rogerio Normand holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in Business Administration with a Masters degree (M.B.A) in Finance. He has also attended courses at various top schools in Europe such Insead (Fr), IMD (Ch), Instituto de Empresa (Sp) and the UK as well Harvard Business School (USA).


Rogério Normand speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
