This course will be held in English language. The Service Leadership Course is a concise and integrated guide to successful service transformation. It will draw on the insights and recommendations of service business executives, with specific focus on strategy and management challenges arising in service transformation.

Course Date: April 17 - Strategy
Course Schedule 5 Days total course duration – Full classroom agenda to be covered within four days, two consequative days within one week and two consequative days in another week. Pre-course study and video materials will require approx 1.5 hours per class room day. The case studies will require 1.5 hours per course day. The transformation project level of effort required will be defined by the participants themselves as it will likely be part of their normal workload. The come-back session will last one full day. Total level of effort required is estimated at 52 hours. | ||

The course is intended for service managers and directors with several years of experience and would be of specific relevance to managers or directors that are about to launch, or are already involved in, a major service transformation initiative, or for those who would like to obtain a clearer direction on how to achieve successful service transformation.
