We are an international firm specialised in Strategic Service Management, supporting our clients to creating economic value from their service business. Typically their challenges include increasing growth, margins and differentiation from their competitors. We develop strategic relationships with our clients; solving their challenges in areas of: service strategy, services development, service marketing, customer research, branded customer experience, management practices, competency development, process & IT management, private equity.

Noventum’s extensive business lines focus on consulting, training, solutions, private equity and research. The industry focus includes all sectors that require technical services such as manufacturing, healthcare and IT. However the number of industries that we are addressing is expanding rapidly and increasingly addressing all types of services.

Typically our clients are large multinational companies; however we are also recently achieving considerable growth in medium sized companies.

In order to realise our next phase of growth, we are looking to recruit Junior Consultants in Germany, France, UK and the Netherlands, who also believe that the service business is the key to solving macro-economic  challenges, such as generating economic growth; while being able to address social issues such as unemployment and sustainability. With this higher level purpose in mind we aim to provide a personally inspiring, intellectually challenging and rewarding career.

Your role as Junior Consultant
We expect our junior consultants to work in teams under the direction of experienced consultants; collaborating closely with our clients, working across all our lines of business.  As our teams are rather small, you will quickly develop an interesting role, closely interacting with clients. You will deal with a very broad scope of functional disciplines ranging from business strategy to information technology. 

Furthermore, your personal contribution will play a key role in Noventum’s ongoing efforts of innovation within our own organisation and services.

During your first years of your career you will have the opportunity to work in all areas and all levels. As your talents and ambitions evolve, you will select a certain specialisation and will be given the chance to develop and focus on areas that fit with the firm’s strategy.

Job requirements

• You are a recent graduate with some relevant work experience
• You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Information Technology. A specialisation in service management would be an advantage  but is not strictly required
• You possess outstanding communication skills, sharp analytical skills
• You have a ‘can-do’ mentality, are flexible and ambitious to learn
• You think of yourself as an innovative, ‘out of the box thinker’ and are willing to challenge the status quo
