Processes and systems are being assessed and compared with best practices and service industry standards. The assessment is carried out using web based assessments, and optionally through interviews with process performers and a review of service information systems.

The result is a report in which processes and systems are rated on quality and compliance to best practices and service industry standards. The report can be used to determine if and where processes and systems should be improved and will indicate the business improvement priorities.
