Why

The world is becoming characterised by services. All the world’s most advanced economies are dominated by services, with many having more than 70% of their gross domestic product (GDP) generated by services. The growth of services is projected to continue unabated for these countries. Even countries that have historically focused on manufacturing are experiencing rapid service growth. For example, more than 40% of China’s GDP is now attributed to services.

Services Management has significant implications for the success of firms, the well being of societies, and the quality of people’s lives worldwide. Business leaders and politicians are beginning to act on the opportunity of service led growth. However; a vast majority have not caught up with, nor do they fully appreciate this development.

“Noventum's  mission is to demonstrate and realise the business potential available, when service is deployed as the cornerstone of the business strategy; creating a powerful brand.”
