Markets are declining hurting service revenues

Pitney Bowes were experiencing this situation.  Their objective was to increase service sales through their field engineers.

The Noventum Service Management approach was to initiate a people development programme that would empower them to become Trusted Advisors. This resulted in Pitney Bowes establishing a close collaboration between sales and service.

Result: Service Sales increased by 30% in six months.
