More information about Jenny's background and experience

 

Jenny Tryfonos is responsible for researching and connecting with the service innovation community programme members worldwide, through social media, webinars, roundtables, conferences, courses and events, establishing best practices within service organisations from various industry sectors around the world. 

Jenny has worked in the Marketing, Sales and Customer Services arena for over 20 years. She has evolved within stong sales and customer services backgrounds and has worked in both large corporate and the SME sectors, in sales, customers services, senior account management and sales management roles over the years.

Her passion for excellent customer service and innovative marketing ideas led her into her Marketing Manager roles during the last four years. Prior to joining Noventum Service Management Consultants,

Jenny studied Sales & Marketing in London, where she developed her Sales and Marketing career. She moved to Cyprus five years ago continuing her work in Marketing within the corporate sector.

Jenny Tryfonos speaks English and is also fluent in Greek.
