Before that he managed for 15 years the International Service Business in Philips Healthcare , a 1,2 bilion business. He is recognised as an innovator, introducing many significant improvements in the Healthcare industry focusing on customers and people.

Cees van Wichen has a background in Finance and Business Administration. He attended several courses in Strategy, Leadership, Management of change , Process management and Innovation. Cees speaks Dutch, English and German.
