Noventum Research Methods

 Research Method:

  • Noventum invites and identifies a senior group of business executives with common interest in one of the major research themes.
  • Prior to the roundtable series, Noventum staff interviews all roundtable participants to define the business challenges and topics of interest.
  • The Noventum research staff conducts research and identifies Best Practices within Noventum and invites executives to give presentations.
  • Noventum research staff prepares an executive summary of Academic research that has been conducted on the topics.
  • During the roundtable, participants define the business challenges and exchange their experiences.
  • The participants define the scope of further research in the topic and together with the Noventum research staff and Academic Advisory Board.
  • For each research theme, a series of minimum four roundtables are organised per year that will treat a number of topics.
  • Research staff develop case studies describing how companies have implemented or used the ideas and Best Practices generated in the research covering approach, challenges and benefits of the Break Through ideas.
